Select, Deselect, Duplicate
In Edit [1] ribbon you can find Duplicate [2], Select All [3] and Deselect [4].
Duplicate option will make a copy of your selected element right next to it.
Select All will select all the elements in the page, you can also select manually by holding left click and creating a square surrounding the element you want. This helps when you want to copy/delete or simply move a group of elements without changing the spacing between them. Deselect will remove the current selection.
